I read an interesting article<\/strong> about managing a large distributed remote company<\/strong>, and there were so intelligent points <\/strong>that I want to share those in this post. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, is it possible to have a successful remote company? Sir, yes sir! <\/strong>According to the CEO of Remote<\/a>, Job van der Voort<\/a>, it is indeed possible. The article itself can be found at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want to call for creativity and innovation <\/strong>so that we can create the best models to develop the future of work<\/strong>. We should focus<\/strong> on how and why we work<\/strong>, not where we work.
