Building and executing a successful remote working culture is an interesting topic. Again, researching the remote topic, I’ve found some good playbooks/handbooks and there is plenty of useful information about remote working. It would be pretty neat and easy for example to build a playbook based on those examples, or check if there could be room for improvement, etc.
