whY WE STARTED ROCK THE REMOTE
We want to share positive information about remote working to people because we know it's an awesome way of working with tons of benefits to the individual employee, employer and also to our dear planet.
That's also the reason I started this blog with my wife: to spread the joy of remote work and share tips, tricks, best practices, etc. to people.
The BLOG section has different types of posts about remote working.
The MATERIAL section has lots of links to Internet resources about remote working divided into different topics like benefits, communication, collaboration, overcoming challenges, building trust, jobs, productivity, and much more.

WHAT ABOUT ME
I've always been interested in working on my own schedule and terms. I've done remote working for over 20 years in some forms, at my previous job positions and as a freelancer. I know I'm very productive and effective working in a remote environment.
I got extremely interested in finding out remote working in detail in the fall of 2021 when I got more active on LinkedIn. A bit later I started to post about remote working on LinkedIn.
๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฏ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค and I'm doing my second master's ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ about managing successful remote work in companies.
๐๐ข๐ฑ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐ก๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ together in learning and working is addictive to me. I know ๐ฆ๐๐ ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐ญ๐๐๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ , so I put a lot of effort into ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง.
I want to ๐๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฒ and foster those in work. I value all people as individuals; we are all equal.
My education: Master of Arts (Education), Sports Instructor, finishing my applied university Master of Arts and Culture degree in Creative Design Management.
My location: Finland.
