According to research, your energy drains during the day so it’s important to prioritize the tasks to work efficiently. Commuting drains the energy from actual working. You won’t have an endless energy supply but only just enough for each day. You can’t be productive and effective all day long.

According to research, commuting increases stress levels which itself drains energy too.

So save energy by working remotely. Start your day with a smooth breakfast and “commute” 30 sec to your office 😄

The saved time can be used for something else, more productive things like enhancing your well-being or scheduling your work day more flexibly, etc. Read my Material section about One positive aspect of commuting – Learning something new.

Two good articles about this topic:

🧠 Commuting Takes Its Toll: https://lnkd.in/daHDTcAB

Of course, some people enjoy commuting, it suits them nicely, and that’s awesome 😊 It would be awesome for people to be able to test which one suits them better: commuting to the office or remote working. And I’m speaking of long commuting, about 45 minutes or more in this case.

What’s your experience with commuting?
